F-TRANSPORT (OÜ Florest Transport) is established in 2001 as Estonian capital-based transportation company.
We’ve focused ourselves mainly to road transport services for both part-load and full-load transportation and we do have specialized in thermo transportation as well. F-TRANSPORT also offers warehouse services in Estonia (Piimamehe 12, Tallinn) and in the Netherlands (Randweg 121, 1422 ND, Uithoorn, Netherlands) with normal temperature room for standard goods and cool storage room for smaller items, such as flowers etc.

FUEL SURCHARGE
As the price of fuel is constantly changing, we add a fuel surcharge to our transport service bills.
We calculate the fuel surcharge by multiplying the percentage increase in the price of diesel fuel by a coefficient of 0.40, which is the average share of fuel in the cost of providing transport services.
When calculating the fuel surcharge, we use the wholesale price of diesel fuel as a basis. We consider the base price of fuel to be 1,100 – if the price of fuel falls below the base price, there will be no fuel surcharge.
We fix the wholesale price on the 1st day of the accounting period. The length of the accounting period is 1 calendar month. The fuel surcharge is reflected in the invoices for transport services as one line.

01.03.24 – base price: 1,355. Fuel surcharge for March 2024 transport services is 9.3%
